Brewing with cold water, the infusion is mild and slightly sweet with less bitterness.
For a delicate aroma and taste:
1. Place tea bag into pitcher. Pour small amount of room temperature water.
one pint of water per tea bag.
2. Stir first to quickly extract natural green color.
3. Fill the rest of container with cold/iced water.
4. Enjoy after 5-10 minutes, or refrigerate 1 hour or even longer for more flavor.
